2. How we use it
- Deliver customer support and BPO services to our clients.
- Respond to sales, partnership and support inquiries.
- Send transactional communications and, where opted in, marketing emails.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: contract, legitimate interests, consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligation.
4. Third-party processors
We use vetted processors to deliver our services, including cloud infrastructure, email delivery, helpdesk platforms and AI providers. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
5. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States, EEA, UK and other jurisdictions where our workforce or vendors operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal or contractual obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls, SSO/MFA on internal systems and regular security reviews.
